And Murray, whose son is an assistant coach for Xavier’s basketball team, had the best time at the game.

He made “X” gestures by crossing his arms to show his support for the Musketeers, and even rubbed the head of Sister Rose Ann Fleming, the 77-year-old nun who makes sure all of Xavier’s student-athletes live up to the University’s academic standards.

The superfan was at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio when the Cubs defeated the Cleveland Indians 8-7 in game 7. Murray even got in on the fun and sprayed a bottle of champagne with reporters and players.

Xavier becomes the seventh 11 seed school to make the Elite 8, and will face off against #1 seed Gonzaga on Saturday for a chance to the Final Four.

Adele took time during her concert to send some love to her hometown of London.

“Today there was a terror attack in my hometown of London,” Adele, 28, told the crowd. “I’m on the other side of the world and I want them to see our lights and to hear us.”

And before performing her hit single “Make You Feel My Love,” the 15-time Grammy winner said, “It’s very strange not being home, all I want to do today is be at home with my friends and family. Everyone’s fine, but there are four  who aren’t fine so let’s dedicate this to them tonight.”

In the day since the assault on one of London’s most bustling areas, details about the deceased have poured in, remembering all four victims as gone far too soon.

Among them was an American man who was enjoying a “dream vacation” with his wife for their 25th anniversary, as well as a Parliament police officer, a mother of two on her way to pick up her children at school and a 75-year-old man.

Overall, 40 were injured in the attack, British Prime Minister Theresa May said on Thursday morning, detailing their nationalities in a House of Commons address.

The suspect – who has been identified by Scotland Yard as 52-year-old Khalid Masood – was also killed in the attack.

In addition to the outpouring of love, fellow Brit James Corden also paid tribute to the victims during his Late Late Show on Wednesday evening.

Cities Around the World Show Solidarity with London Following Terror Attack

Cities around the world illuminated landmark buildings Wednesday evening to show solidarity with London after authorities confirmed five people were killed and 40 injured after a brazen car and knife attack outside U.K. Parliament.

In the capital city, Big Ben, which is just 0.1 miles away from the crime scene, lit up red to honor the victims of the terrorist attack. Also, the Metropolitan Police Service flew its flag at half-staff over Scotland Yard to mark the death of Keith Palmer, the 48-year-old member of the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command who served on the police force for 15 years before his death. He was a husband and father.

London mayor Sadiq Khan tweeted a video with the caption, “Londoners will never be cowed by terrorism.”

Neighboring city Birmingham brightened up the Library of Birmingham in red, white and blue colors of the Union Jack.

Meanwhile, the lights of Paris’ Eiffel Tower were dimmed at midnight to commemorate those killed. Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo released a statement on Twitter that read: “Thoughts to the victims and their loved ones, solidarity with my friend Sadiq Khan, the Londoners and the British people.” And in a statement, Hidalgo said that Paris and London share “a common love of freedom and an attachment to democracy.”

At about 2:40 p.m. (GMT), an assailant careened a car through one of the busiest and most recognizable parts of Britain’s capital, hitting dozens of pedestrians before crashing into the gate outside the Palace of Westminster during Prime Minister’s Questions time. The attacker then got out and fatally stabbed a police officer. Scotland Yard is calling the incident terrorism.

British Prime Minister Theresa May addressed the deadly car and stabbing attack near Parliament, assuring the world that the city remains unbroken by the violence. “We will all move forward together,” she said outside 10 Downing Street in London, less than half a mile from the site of the attack. “Never giving in to terror and never allowing the voices of hate and evil to drive us apart.”

May, 60, called the assault — which authorities said wounded 40 and killed five, including a police officer and the assailant — “sick and depraved.”

Also in attendance was French costar Juliette Binoche, who was regal in a dark navy velvet gown from Christian Dior’s Fall 2017 collection.

Meanwhile, inside the venue, moviegoers munched on free bags of Johansson’s very own caramel popcorn from her Paris popcorn shop, Yummy Pop, which offers a variety of unique flavors —but a standout favorite for Johansson is the salted caramel and Nutella flavor.

The star opened the gourmet store last October with her French estranged husbandRomain Dauriac. Though the two have been split since the summer, they remain partners in the new business venture, with Dauriac’s sister serving as the manager.

In the sci-fi crime drama directed by Rupert Sanders, Johansson plays Major, a cyber-enhanced human who suffers a near-fatal crash and is brought back to life through advanced technology.

Ghost in the Shell will open in theaters on March 31.

How Zac Efron Left Paris Jackson ‘Heartbroken’ at Her First Concert

Like most kids, Paris Jackson was a big High School Musical fan.

The daughter of Michael Jackson revealed to Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon that she was “heartbroken” when she went to her first concert.

“The first concert that I actively wanted to see was High School Musical,” Paris, 18, shared on Monday’s episode.

But the HSM event wasn’t as great as she thought it would be, all because the Disney Channel movie’s leading man, Zac Efron, was absent from the concert due to another film project.

Jimmy and @ParisJackson have a lot in common… #FallonTonight

— Fallon Tonight (@FallonTonight) March 21, 2017

“It was the depressing part, heartbroken,” she said about not being able to see Efron live.

As for which film project the actor was busy filming, Paris recalled: “A movie with horses.” Viewers and fans hurriedly found the title of an Efron-starring movie that featured thoroughbreds: The Derby Stallion.

In fact, Efron was the only original cast member to miss the entire 42 North American tour dates because he was filming the 2007 adaptation of the Broadway musical, Hairspray. The singer that served as his replacement was Drew Seeley, Efron’s singing voice in the first film and co-writer of “Get’cha Head in the Game.”

Also during her late-night appearance, Paris played a game of Egg Russian Roulette against the host, beating him out with the least amount of raw egg on her head.

Jennifer Lopez Pairs Plunging Neckline With Sky-High Leg Slit at World of Dance Event

Jennifer Lopez continues to show major leg during her press tours.

While promoting her new competition show, World of Dance, at the NBC Universal press day in Los Angeles on Monday, the multi-hyphenate talent completely stole the style spotlight in a plunging black gown with seductive slit from Elie Saab’s Fall 2016 Haute Couture collection.

To complete her glam look, the Shades of Blue actress added some extra sheen to her lips with Victoria Duke’s Dramatically Sexy Lips lipgloss in the “Brick House” shade.

And Lopez wasn’t the only style star joining her on press day.

World of Dance co-host Jenna Dewan Tatum contrasted Lopez’s all-black ensemble with a matching crop top and mini skirt combo in vibrant red. In addition, the Supergirl alum amplified her red with color coordinated nail polish and Tom Ford lipstick in “Flame.”

Also in attendance were judges Derek Hough and Ne-Yo.

In NBC’s forthcoming dance competition, 47 elite dance acts will be divided into groups Junior Division, Upper Division and Team Division, and will compete for the title “Best in the World.”

It will be an undoubtedly tight race for first place. Many of the groups have hit stardom having already worked with some of music’s biggest legends.
