Corey Bohan Responds to Audrina Patridge’s Restraining Order as She Requests to Make Him Move out of Their Home

Audrina Patridge has requested a modification in her domestic violence case against estranged husband Corey Bohan, while he has filed a response to her restraining order.

In new court documents filed on Wednesday and obtained by PEOPLE, Patridge, 32, writes: “On Sept. 18 this court granted me a temporary restraining order, including orders that stay at least 100 yards away from my home, work, vehicle, etc. However the court did not grant an order move out of my real property.”

Patridge claims she purchased the property prior to her and Bohan, 35, getting married in November 2016. In addition, The Hills alum says their prenup states that the house “is my separate property” and that Bohan “shall not acquire any interest in my real or personal property.”

Patridge filed for divorce from Bohan, citing irreconcilable differences, on Wednesday due to an alleged domestic violence incident. She filed for a temporary restraining order and child abduction prevention order against the professional BMX dirt bike rider Monday.

The pair share 13-month-old daughter Kirra together.

“I fled my home with our daughter , and have been staying with my parents because of abusive behavior,” Patridge says in her request. “ is holding all of my personal possessions and my home hostage, knowing he has no claim whatsoever to this property.”

Adding, “Accompanied by my father, Mark Patridge, I attempted to gain access to my home on Sept. 19 … When we arrived at my house, I was shocked that had installed cameras throughout the house. My brother was also present. The restraining orders prohibit from keeping me under surveillance.”

However, Bohan says otherwise in his response to Patridge’s restraining order filing.

“On Sept. 19, and her family members showed up at the residence, literally banging in the house through the garage door after I texted stay out in the front of the house … and started harassing me,” he claims.

Court documents show a photo of him and Patridge’s father Mark “in my living room raising his arms at me, trying to instigate a fight.”

Bohan, who states that he pays for maintenance and utilities, says that his estranged wife has not lived in the property for three weeks and that there are only “two” cameras — a nanny camera and a camera near the entrance — in the house that “ has known about for months.”

“ is ignoring the fact that the temporary restraining order is a stay-away from her current home, which is at her parent’s home, not the family residence,” he continues.

Bohan also says Patridge’s attorney is denying him an alternative visit with daughter Kirra due to his scheduled court appearance being on the same day and time of his originally scheduled visit.

In her declaration submitted Sept. 18 along with the restraining order, 32-year-old Patridge chronicles multiple instances of emotional abuse and violent outbursts by Bohan. “I am fearful of temper because he cannot control his swearing and personal attacks on me, even when in the presence of our young daughter,” the Prey Swim designer alleged in the documents.

Patridge and Bohan began dating in 2008, spending several years together on and off before dramatically splitting on her VH1 reality showAudrina, in 2011. By December 2011, however, Patridge was gushing to PEOPLE that her romance with Bohan was thriving after leaving TV behind.

The pair got engaged in November 2015, when Bohan popped the question at the Summit House in Orange County, California. Seven months later, the couple welcomed Kirra Max in June 2016 before tying the knot in Hawaii in November of last year.

Chrissy Teigen Reveals Kermit the Frog Is the Tattoo She ‘Thankfully Never Got’ — and the Muppet ‘Low Key Disses’ Her

Chrissy Teigen was such a fan of Kermit the Frog when she was younger that she would’ve permanently immortalized the Muppets character on her body.

The model and cookbook author, 31, posed a question about tattoos to her 7.5 million fans and followers on Twitter Wednesday, revealing that she “thankfully” never went through with a Kermit body ink.

“What is a tattoo you wanted when you were younger but, thankfully, never got? mine is kermit,” Teigen tweeted.

The outspoken social media star received many submissions and later shared that singer Eve’s infamous paw prints on her chest tattoos also once crossed her mind.

DWTS Champion Nyle DiMarco Expresses Outrage After Oklahoma City Police Fatally Shoot Deaf Man

Dancing with the Stars alum Nyle DiMarco, who was also the first deaf winner of America’s Next Top Model, expressed anger after an Oklahoma City man was Tased and fatally shot by police on Tuesday evening.

“I have no words at all. The neighbors SCREAMED to tell the police that he is Deaf. Police still shoots. And the Deaf guy was innocent,” the season 22 champion tweeted on Wednesday.

Magdiel Sanchez, 35, was pronounced dead in front of his home after two officers confronted him during a reported hit-and-run incident, according to a press release from the Oklahoma City Police Department.

“Sanchez had a pipe in his right hand … Lieutenant Matthew Lindsey and Sgt. Christopher Barnes gave verbal commands for the suspect to drop the weapon,” the statement read. “The suspect continued to advance towards Sgt. Barnes. Lt. Lindsey then deployed his Taser. At the same time Sgt. Barnes discharged his firearm toward the suspect.”

— Nyle DiMarco (@NyleDiMarco) September 21, 2017

At a news conference held on Wednesday morning, Capt. Bo Mathews confirmed witnesses were yelling “he can’t hear you” before Sgt. Barnes shot Sanchez. Simultaneously the officer officer fired his Taser.

Sanchez’s father, who was allegedly driving the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run, confirmed that his son was deaf, Capt. Mathews.

Capt. Mathews explained neither Sgt. Barnes nor Lt. Lindsey had a body camera. When asked why Barnes used a gun instead of a Taser, Capt. Mathews could not provide an answer except saying that it is possible Barnes was not equipped with a Taser.

“In those situations, very volatile situations, you have a weapon out, you can get what they call tunnel vision, or you can really lock into just the person that has the weapon that’d be the threat against you,” the captain said. “I don’t know exactly what the officers were thinking at that point.”

Jolie Guebara, who lives two houses from Sanchez, told the Associated Press on Wednesday that she heard five or six gunshots before looking outside and seeing police.

“He always had a stick that he would walk around with because there’s a lot of stray dogs,” Guebara said.

Sgt. Barnes has been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation.

Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, 34, spoke highly of the 26-year-old NBA player during his appearance with Khloé, 33, on Steve Harvey‘s show Steve on Thursday.

“He’s the first nice, normal guy she’s ever brought home,” Disick told Harvey adding that Thompson fits in “pretty well” with the KarJenner family.

“Not that we’re nice and normal! He’s an unbelievable guy and I’m just not used to that,” the father of three continued. “One guy is a close friend of mine, who I love so that’s not true.”

Kardashian briefly dated rapper French Montana, who Disick has been seen out with on multiple occasions.

Thompson and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star have been dating since last fall. The couple has already discussed their future, including marriage and kids, but Kardashian admitted she’s completely happy with the relationship as-is.

“I do really love Cleveland, I really enjoy it,” Khloé told Harvey about jetting back and forth from Los Angeles to Ohio, where Thompson plays for the Cavaliers. “I love the best of both worlds.”

“Khloé is just the happiest,” said the source. “She loves spending every day with Tristan.”

“It’s not like there ever is a perfect time to have kids, or a perfect time to put out a record,” Rhett told PEOPLE about work-life balance. “We just happen to be doing both at the exact same time! We keep going back to ‘Take it one day at a time.’ ”

Hillary Clinton Calls Trump’s UN Speech ‘Dark & Dangerous’ While Dubbing Herself the ‘Paula Revere’ of Russian Meddling

Hillary Clinton had her first late-night appearance since losing the 2016 presidential election, and she had some choice words for the current President and her former opponent, Donald Trump.

“I was asking it like you just said, ‘What happened?!’ ” she recalled when she realized she lost to Trump at midnight. “That’s why I dove into this book. I feel like I’ve done my very best to lay out what happened,” Clinton continued, also explaining that she wrote her new campaign memoir, What Happened, so “it doesn’t happen again.”

The “it” she was referring to was Trump’s win and his alleged collusion with Russia in the 2016 election.

Clinton has spent the past 10 months analyzing her presidential election loss. In the book, the former Secretary of State details her own mistakes and factors that she believes cost her the presidency.

“It wasn’t easy, it was painful. It was horrible, reliving it, being as open and candid about the mistakes I made,” she told Colbert.

“I was trying to come to grips with everything from sexism and misogyny … to the Russians. Because I believe so strongly that they succeeded in messing up our democracy. I don’t think anybody can with a straight face say that the Russians did not set out to influence our election,” Clinton said about Vladimir Putin and the Russians “influencing voters, therefore, influencing opinions.”

Adding, “Putin really doesn’t like democracy, he thinks its inconvenient messy policy. … He wants to undermine how we see each other, how we respect each other. I believe they had a good outing in 2016, and will in 2018 and 2020 unless we stop them.”

“And I am saying as clearly as I can — I feel like I’m a bit of a, you know, Paula Revere. I’m trying to sound the alarm about this,” Clinton said referring to the American Revolutionary figure Paul Revere, who warned bout the approach of British troops.

— The Late Show (@colbertlateshow) September 19, 2017

As for a solution, Clinton predicted that the power of the people will prevail.

“If there is evidence of coordination, communication or whatever it may be, millions of Americans are going to raise questions,” she said. “Rejection of that kind of Russian involvement and coordination at the ballot box, that’s where it should be.”

Clinton also had a critical review of Trump’s first speech to the United Nations on Tuesday, in which the President once again called North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un the “rocket man” and warned the US may “totally destroy” the communist nation.

“I though it was very dark and dangerous and not the kind of message the leader of the greatest nation in the world should be delivering,” Clinton said. “You should lead with diplomacy, you should lead with the commitment of trying to avoid conflict however you can.

The politician turned author said Trump needed to “call on all the nations to work with us to try to end the threat posed by Kim Jong Un and not call him Rocket Man… the old Elton John song.”

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert airs weeknights (11:30 p.m.) on CBS.

AGT’s Mandy Harvey Wows With Original Song and Reveals She Chose to ‘Stand up and Move Forward’ After Hearing Loss

America’s Got Talent finalist Mandy Harvey delivered so much #strength that even the viewers all felt it.

Debuting an original song titled “This Time,” the 29-year-old singer took the stage to belt out her emotional lyrics, which were met with a roaring standing ovation from the crowd as well as judges Simon CowellMelanie “Mel B” BrownHeidi Klum and Howie Mandel.

Though Harvey’s performance was very powerful, what was even more moving was her emotional video message, during which she broke down in tears when recalling how she lost all her hearing when she was 18-years-old due to a connective tissue disorder that deteriorated nerves in her ears.

“One day I was walking and I fell down the stairs, I couldn’t move. and thought to myself ‘Is this it?’” said Harvey, whom Cowell chose as the recipient of his coveted Golden Buzzer during the auditions.

“‘I have two choices: I can stay here forever or I can make the difficult choice to stand up and move forward and run.’ That’s what got me here today,” she recalled of her decision to try out for the 12th season of AGT.

This has truly been the most incredible experience of my life and I’m so glad I was able to share it with you ❤ https://t.co/8cGtOibE5F

— Mandy Harvey (@mandyharvey) September 20, 2017

Cowell was overcome with emotions, so much so, that he said, “I can’t take much more of this. My emotions feel like I’m in a washing machine.”

“You lost your hearing 10 years ago. You haven’t heard Adele, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, but your voice is so current, so amazing,” Cowell told Harvey. “I want to put your story to one side and judge you as a singer, it was amazing … It was remarkable.”

Following her performance, Harvey further explained to host Tyra Banks: “There’s really not much you can do if you stay on the ground. Time will pass you by, life will pass you by. I just didn’t want to give up.”

The season 12 winner of America’s Got Talent will be named on Wednesday (8 p.m. ET) on NBC.

‘Walking Miracle’ Kechi Okwuchi Proves She’s a ‘Conqueror’ with Powerful Anthem on AGT Finale

America’s Got Talent finalist Kechi Okwuchi continues to blow viewers and judges away with her soulful voice this season, but she proved her strength is even more powerful on Tuesday night.

With a moving performance of Estelle’s “Conqueror,” the 16-year-old singer, who nearly died in a fatal plane crash, once again impressed Howie Mandel, Simon CowellHeidi Klum and Mel B during night one of the 12th season of the NBC reality competition show.

Okwuchi was one of two survivors on board a Nigerian flight — traveling between Abuja and Port Harcourt — that crash-landed at Port Harcourt International Airport in 2005. The fatal plane crash claimed the lives of 107 passengers.

Before she took the stage, a mother of two victims of the crash sent a special video message to Okwuchi.

“I’m a mother of two victims of the plane crash on the tenth of December in 2005. There’s just no way anyone could’ve come out of that, but out of the fire emerged the beautiful Kechi,” she said, adding, “I call you my living angel, a walking miracle.”

Okwuchi, who previously explained how she had over 100 surgeries due to injuries and burns, received high praise from the judging panel.

“Kechi, I just love you, everything about you. That wasn’t a song, that was an anthem,” Cowell said. “We are only as good as the people who come on the show, and you define us. You made a difference to us, the people at home, and hopefully for yourself.”

Klum also gave positive remarks, saying: “Let me tell you I’ve been sitting here for five years, I’ve seen people come and go. But you, I will never forget.”

Mandel echoed similar sentiments, telling Okwuchi: “This song was the perfect choice. … Ultimately you made the choice to survive.”

Lastly, Mel B complimented the singer with high praise: “I’m so happy that you walked onto that stage and entered this show, you are loved and adored.”

The season 12 winner of America’s Got Talent will be named on Wednesday (8 p.m. ET) on NBC.

Justin Bieber and Marilyn Manson End T-Shirt Feud After Pop Star Apologizes for ‘Coming off as an A–Hole’

For Justin Bieber, it wasn’t too late to say sorry.

The pop star, 23, apologized to Marilyn Manson over text message after the two singers were involved in a bitter battle that kicked off last week when Bieber began using an image of Manson, that was unauthorized by the rocker, on the front of a 2016, $195 Purpose Tour T-shirt with the phrase “Bigger Than Satan… Bieber” embroidered on the back.

During an interview with Howard Stern on Tuesday, Manson, 48, revealed since his comments about the singer — who he called “a real piece of s—” — and the T-shirt went public, Bieber reach out via text message.

The rocker even let the radio host read a couple of their text exchange.

“I thought we had a pretty pleasant interaction,” Stern repeated Bieber’s text to Manson. “Also, if anything wasn’t squared away with the T-shirts, I’m so sorry. Anyway, regardless, it kind of stung seeing that I came off as an a–hole or even just was an a–hole, I’m sorry?”

According to Stern’s reading of the messages, Manson’s response was: “You were just being you. No beef here.”

In another text, Bieber further apologized. “Honestly, I totally thought we hit it off. Again, my bad. If I was an a-hole, that wasn’t my intention. Just want you to know that,” Stern said reading parts of a text from Bieber, who later added: “I don’t really care about the media. I just wanted to make sure you and I were good ’cause I like you.”

The much-talked-about shirt (designed by Fear of God’s Jerry Lorenzo) was said to be created with Manson’s permission. The only problem was, Manson apparently never signed off on the T-shirt — and wasn’t happy to see the shirt on Bieber when they met for the first time.

“He was wearing the shirt that had his name on my shirt,” Manson, 48, told Consequence of Sound in a recent interview.

It wasn’t just that Bieber was wearing the shirt — it’s what he said to the goth rocker.

“He said to me, ‘I made you relevant again,’ ” Manson recalled, adding that the “Love Yourself” singer had taken credit for the idea of using Manson’s image on the merch. “Bad mistake to say to me. He was a real piece of s— in the way he had the arrogance to say that.”

But it appears the T-shirt drama is all water under the bridge.

“We are cool. People just made that shirt stuff into a fake feud,” Stern said reading Manson’s text to Bieber. “Let’s turn it upside down and f–k the press and do something together. It will be the best. And don’t apologize. You weren’t an a–hole. They asked if you were and I sort of agreed. I wasn’t out to get you. If not, I’ll try to avoid more questions today on Stern.”

Manson concluded by telling Stern: “He sassed me and he apologized, and I said I wouldn’t s–t talk him, so I’m not going to s–t talk him.”

The This Is Us actor, 41, returned to the set of the NBC drama on Monday and greeted the hair and makeup departments with his new trophy — and showed his six-pack!

“Emmy winner in the house. @sterlingkbrown making a grand entrance into the makeup trailer,” said Zoe Hay, who is the head of the makeup department for This Is Us. “We won’t allow them in unless they bring their Emmy. Congratulations!”

In late March, Brown shared a shirtless selfie from the set of The Predator, a sequel to the 1987 sci-fi film, and revealed that he’s been hitting the gym.

“I try to get something in five days a week,” Brown previously told PEOPLE in April of his workout schedule. “My work schedule doesn’t always accommodate my workout schedule, but I make do with what time I’ve got.”

Adding, “I love basketball because it’s social, and you’re not even thinking about working out — you’re just playing a game, and getting great exercise at the same time. I also run, swim, bike, lift, do yoga. I just try to do something to sweat at least an hour a day.”

Brown undoubtedly thanked the crew and all the people behind-the-scenes in-person on Monday as his acceptance speech was cut off by the orchestra during Sunday’s ceremony. However, the actor was able to thank his on-screen family.

“I want to thank my cast, Milo , Mandy , Justin , Chrissy : you are the best white TV family that a brother has ever had. Better than Mr. Drummond, better than the white folks that raised Webster,” he said on-camera.

Brown had so much to say that the music began playing during his speech and his microphone was eventually turned down, which was met with boos by the audience.

At this year’s Emmys, Brown took home his second consecutive award following his win at last year’s show for outstanding supporting actor in a limited series or movie, for his role in The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.

Ahead of winning his best supporting actor Emmy in September 2016, the father of two joked that he won the award for “Best Courtroom Abs.” He flaunted his fake Emmy statue next to his killer abs.

Beyoncé‘s 5-year-old Blue Ivy Carter is (literally) following in her famous mother’s shoes.

The singer, 36, shared a new collection of photos of her latest night-out ensemble on Instagram Monday, and especially noticeable were the images of her oldest child sharing Queen Bey’s Christian Louboutin heels.

Wearing a floral pussy bow Balenciaga top, Queen Bey showed off her post-baby curves in a pair of tight pants also from the brand. And the accessories were high-fashion all the way as well.

Nick Viall Reminds Himself How ‘Challenging Obstacles Can Reveal Beauty’ a Month After Splitting with Vanessa Grimaldi

Nick Viall is finding beauty in all things, including hardships.

The former Bachelor, 36, shared an emotional message on Instagram Monday, a month after his split from fiancée Vanessa Grimaldi.

“Reminding myself that some of the most challenging obstacles can eventually reveal beauty … like hiking,” said Viall after hiking Los Angeles’ famed Runyon Canyon.

The star wore a white shirt and Toronto Bluejays hat which fans quickly took notice of in the comments section, noting the reference to his Canadian ex-fiancée.

PEOPLE confirmed in August that Viall and Grimaldi, 29, ended their engagement, five months after their proposal aired on ABC.

“It’s with a great amount of heartbreak for the both us as we have decided to end our engagement,” the pair said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE. “We gave this relationship our all and we are saddened that we did not get the fairytale ending we hoped for. We will continue to be there for each other no matter what. This hasn’t been an easy decision, however, as we part ways, we do so with lots of love and admiration for each other.”

Viall and Grimaldi were last pictured together on Instagram Aug. 15.

The Los Angeles-based, Milwaukee native appeared on two previous seasons of The Bachelorette and season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise before taking his turn as the lead suitor earlier this year. While he asserted he finally found the one, even before getting engaged,  Viall and Grimaldi struggled to decide where they would continue their relationship.

“My relationship with Nick and experience on The Bachelor has given me so many amazing and memorable moments in my life, and I am forever grateful,” Grimaldi exclusively told PEOPLE earlier this month. “Nick and I were always transparent about the challenges in a relationship. We certainly had ours. I fell for him hard, and when you fall in love that hard, your heart breaks even harder.”

RELATED GALLERY: Before Their Split: 10 Times The Bachelor’s Nick & Vanessa Were the Cutest Couple Around

Adding, “In the end, as much as we loved each other and tried to make it work, we just realized we were different people fighting to keep a relationship when ultimately we just weren’t’ the best fit for each other. It wasn’t the distance that was ever an issue. Both Nick and I decided together, with our families’ support, that I would put my teaching career on hold and uproot my life to Los Angeles to support him on Dancing with the Stars and build a life together.”

Viall was a contestant on the 24th season of DWTS with pro partner Peta Murgatroyd.

In the end, Grimaldi came out of this a stronger person and wants nothing but the best for Viall.

“When you fall in love with someone with all that you have, it’s hard to let go. Every part of you gets shattered,” she said. “I’m trying to pick up the pieces. … I hope he finds his person and his happily ever after that we, unfortunately, couldn’t find together.”
